The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and framed by ocean views. A well-appointed galley kitchen, featuring solid-surface countertops and premium appliances, makes meal prep a pleasure. Gather around the large flat-screen TV, cozy up on brand-new sofas and chairs, or simply enjoy the ocean views through the sliding doors and shuttered windows.
Step outside to the expansive oceanside deck, where you’ll find a dining table for six, tall bar chairs, and loungers perfect for soaking in the sun. A pergola extends the living space outdoors, offering shade or shelter from the weather, while the nearby fire pit and putting green add a playful touch. Junior Suite: Vaulted wood ceilings, queen bed, built-in storage, stylish accents, wall-mounted TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
Guest Bedroom: Perfect for kids or friends, this room offers two twin beds plus a trundle, a dresser, and a wall-mounted television. A full bath is located just outside the door for added convenience. It has a tub/shower combination.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
David and Daphne purchased the home from David's mom, who started vacation rentals in the S Ponte Vedra area in the early 80's. We have created so many memories with our own kids, that we just couldn't let it leave the family. We are semi-retired and love to travel. We live just down the road and are available to guests if something should come up, need recommendations or just want to chat! We love that many of our "guests" become friends!
